Policies for Purchases

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:

If you would like to request a return, please contact us at shihan@ne.twcbc.com to receive authorization.

Refunds:
Some items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, depending on the product and its policies. All items must be unused and in original packaging with tags still attached.

****Items purchased on sale or clearance are FINAL and  NOT returnable.

Pickup Policy

All of our products for purchase from our gym are for pickup only at this time. This is clearly stated upon checkout. If your order is not picked up within 60 business days, we reserve the right to restock the original product.

Exchanges:

We do not provide direct exchanges. If you wish to change your purchase, you need to contact us directly by email or phone to discuss the product you would like to exchange. Again, products must be in original packaging in order to consider exchanges.

Customer is responsible for any shipping costs if we arrange to exchange something through a delivery method.

Questions about returns and exchanges should be directed to shihan@ne.twcbc.com. Your name, date of purchase, order number and packing slip number should be included in order to expedite the exchange.
