Sunsaengnim André St. Germain holds dan certification in Jungki Hapkido and has trained extensively through private lessons and intensive practice with his long‐time friend and training partner Jay Champagne, head instructor of Jung Ki Kwan California. André has also trained under supervision of Grandmaster Hyun Soo Lim both in the United States and multiple times at the Jung Ki Kwan world headquarters in Daegu, South Korea.
In addition to Hapkido, André is a lifelong martial artist and 4th Dan / Shihan in Kosho Shorei Ryu Kempo. He has earned recognition is several respected martial traditions, including Kempo Jiu Jitsu, Escrima, Musō Jikiden Eishin‐ryū Iado, and Daitō‐ryū. Outside the dojang, André runs a construction company and enjoys time with his family, making music, and experiencing Maine’s four seasons outdoors.
